IST has reduced its Windows and Linux Extended System Administration rates from $460.00 to $300.00 per month, a 35 percent cost reduction, effective January 1, 2012.
Those customers who currently have Extended System's Administration support will see a slight change in their bill's format. As of the January billing cycle:
- Clients with System's Administration Standard Support will see it billed as a line item.
- Standard Support ($100.00)
- Clients with Extended Support will see two line items totaling the new $300 rate:
- Standard Support ($100.00)
- Extended Support Add-on ($200.00)

All systems under Extended contracts will see these rate reductions automatically. All new projects will be quoted and billed under these new rates.
