Two town hall meetings to discuss the migration of the Payroll/Personnel System (PPS) from the UC Berkeley mainframe to that of UC Office of the President (UCOP) have been scheduled for April:
- Friday, April 17, 2009 — 9:00 to 10:30 am PDT — 150 University Hall
- Thursday, April 23, 2009 — 10:00 to 11:00 am PDT — 150 University Hall
These are repeat presentations of the March 23 and March 24, 2009, town hall meetings on the same topic.
Staff from both the Payroll Office and IST–Application Services will be on hand to explain what is happening, when it's happening, and to address any questions you may have.
To attend a meeting, sign up by logging in to the Blu portal using your CalNet ID. Then,
- select "UCB Learning Center" from the "Self Service" section in the left-hand navigation pane,
- enter course code BECTR806 into the search field, and
- enroll in one of the two sessions for "Payroll Townhall Meeting".
