Staff and faculty members who are interested in individual purchases of computers, software, and peripheral equipment at academic discount prices are invited to the new TSW@The Cal Student Store (Scholar's Workstation) in the ASUC's Martin Luther King, Jr. Student Union.
This location, which handles only student, faculty, and staff personal purchases, features a large new display area to view and test hardware and obtain software and accessories. The Cal Student Store is holding a grand opening for faculty and staff on Thursday, January 15 at 12:00 noon. For more information, contact the Cal Student Store at 642-9000, Ext. 697.
For departmental purchases, buyers should check The Scholar's Workstation website for information and updates. A TSW demo/consultation/order center for departments, also to be located in the MLK Student Union, will be available in early February.
